Analysis Center
Analysis center has three basic functions:
- 1.Quality Control – As a part of QA department, analysis center tests samples from different product-lines, and testing results will help QA manager or manufacturing manager make their decisions.
- 2.R&D Support – Analysis center provides testing services for R&D department of BGG, which helps scientists and engineers improve their work.
- 3.Contracted Analysis Services – Analysis Center also provide testing services for other company.Analysis center has the most advanced analysis instruments, which include:
GC/MS: 2 sets
- HPLC: 16 sets
- GC: 4 sets
- AAS: 1 sets
- UV: 4 sets
- FT-IR: 1 sets
Our analysis capabilities cover following area:
- Routine analysis – ash, moisture, loss on drying, etc.
- Instrument analysis – concentrate, PAH, pesticides, heavy metals (including: lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, etc.)
- Microbial analysis – yeast, mould, salmonella, E.Coli, etc.
